Yes technically, but you don't want to take apart an aio. Those are specially made with the tubes volume of liquid and pump in the block. You're better off just making your own loop with this.

compared to earlier 10-13mm soft tube corsair xt hose this product is very wanting its now far softer prone to collapsing on bends many products such as mayhems simply are superior simply put whilst cheap its not a good product look else where.

i found this a little bit too soft compared to my other tubing, it folds quite easy so you have to make bigger loops than needed.
