CORSAIR Hydro X Series XT Hardline 14mm Tubing

Very nice to work with. A lot less brittle than some of the cheaper stuff I used before. This makes for cleaner cuts and it also bends very nicely, taking a reasonable amount of heat to reach a point where it flexes without being floppy. I bought 3 x 1m lengths for 15.99, delivered quickly and packaged well enough to protect the ends. Excellent value for money in my view. So far I have had no issues with crushing or folding. The end results look very good - nice and clear with no visible defects.

Satin means should have a frosted apperance to the tubing, this is the standard crystal clear version of the tubing, shouldnt state satin in title, waited a week for the tubing to arrive and now gotta return and just order direct from corsair

Used this for a custom loop build and the quality is exactly what you’d expect from Corsair’s Hydro X lineup. The tubing arrived perfectly clear with no haze, scratches, or discoloration, which is huge if you’re going for a clean, showcase loop.The PMMA material feels strong and consistent throughout. It cuts cleanly with the right tools and responds well to heat when bending — no unexpected warping or bubbling as long as you take your time. Once cooled, bends hold their shape really well, which made routing much easier.Inner and outer diameter tolerances felt very precise, so fittings sealed perfectly with no leaks or weird resistance during install. If you’ve worked with cheaper hardline tubing before, you’ll immediately notice the difference in consistency and finish quality.Aesthetically, it’s fantastic. With clear coolant or colored coolant, it looks super clean and really shows off the loop layout and lighting.Overall, if you’re doing a serious hardline custom loop and want reliable tubing that looks premium and works predictably, this is an easy recommendation. Would absolutely use again for future builds.

Was a steep learning curve, but in less than an hour tube bending becomes very rewarding and consistent. I chose pmma because I didn't want to have to replace the tubing in a few months when the plastic chemicals leak into the cooling solution like what happens with Petg tubing. Petg tubing is more forgiving and easier to fix mistakes, but the corsair pmma tubing is made to last and looks incredible for a first time hardline build that involved 6 radiators, three alphacool water pumps, and 25 hours spent bending corsair pmma tubing.

Die Corsair Rohre kamen gut verpackt an.Ich habe diese schon vorher in einem Rechner verbaut gehabt. Die Langzeit Haltbarkeit ist sehr gut.Das Biegen der Rohre geht ohne Probleme. Man muss allerdings vorsichtig mit der Hitze sein. Ich finde sie bekommen schnell blasen wenn man nicht aufpasst.Schneiden musste ich die Rohre mit einer Metallsäge. Diese Rohrschneider, welche man quasi immer wieder um die Rohre dreht, funktionierten bei mir nicht so gut. Die Rohren wurden zwar damiit durchgeschnitten aber es kam immer wieder zu rissen dabei. Beim Entgraten gibt es keine Probleme.3 Rohre waren in einer Packung, also bekommt man für gut 8€ einen Meter Rohr.Fertig eingebaut sehen diese sehr gut aus. Die Rohre sind sehr klar und je nach Flüssigkeit, sieht dies dann auch sehr gut aus.
