I hate things that are too tight so I kept the size 8 in the capri. I'm 5'4 and 120# with athletic legs. These fit fine although run a little small. They have a drawstring waist. Unfortunately, the drawstring isn't very secure so the string pulled out easily rendering it impossible to get back in without some kind of appropriate tool. It didn't matter anyway because I was able to surf without them sliding off and that is with 6 to 7 foot waves. They dry about the same as a thicker rash guard. Overall, happy with the purchase and price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ For swimming? Really? *by M***Y on August 17, 2019* Did not know these were available. I am "elderly" and try to stay out of the sun. They are marketed as swim suit bottoms. I will also be SCUBA diving with them.... what a bonus. The inner lining makes it possible to go without the bottom of your swim suit! if you already have a top as I do. Reasonable price, fit as expected.
