Not what I expected
It's okay, if you need something very bulky and thick. DOES NOT come with a strap, which is a shame because it is a main reason I chose it. I need it for yoga, and this is not grippy, and it's also too thick for yoga poses. More suitable for gym training. Seller is charging me return shipping for the refund, which seems unfair since 1). It's not a yoga mat, as advertised, and 2). It doesn't come with the strap, as advertised.

Good but not for Yoga
This mat is lovely and thick but apparently it's more of a Pilates mat rather than a yoga mat. Due to it's thickness it is difficult to find your balance doing yoga as it's like standing on a thick duvet.

Lovely thick mat for floorwork
Lovely thick mat which is comfortable for floor work. Is a little hard to balance on for some yoga moves. One negative is the ends of the mat stay curled when you lay it on the floor so u need to flatten them down quite a while before they stay flat on the floor

Great thick spongy mat
Great thick spongy mat. Super comfortable. Non-slip. Easy carry handle. Our clients have bought these and are all pleased.Update June 2017: We've since bought more and everyone is happy [and comfy!]. Love the range of colours too.

Using this for post operative recuperation
I bought this mat because I need to practice getting down on the floor and getting up again after major surgery. A normal yoga mat would be too hard and thin for this. This mat is ideal for use as an exercise mat or for a fit person to sleep on. I am very pleased with it and am confident that I will be able to use it for yoga when I feel up to it.

It's a good mat...recommend you get this
There's a mind boggling array of mats out there so I asked my gym buddies and checked out the options available. My body balance and Pilates instructor had this very mat so that swung it for me. I use it for those classes and it's very comfortable. Some of the time I am off the mat especially during balance exercises...it's just easier. Highly recommend and pleased with my purchase. It. ones with a carrying handle to sling it over your shoulder. I'd like to see them selling a matching carry bag to stop the mat getting wet when it's raining but that's no big deal. It's a good, comfortable mat which I like very much.

Good yoga mat, has helped my back and knees
I am so glad I finally invested in a thicker yoga mat!After years of doing yoga on a standard mat, I decided to try out a thicker mat as I get a bad back and sore knees so I thought this might help me. It's so much comfier, and the quality of the mat is excellent too.I bought the pink colour and it's true to colour - a lovely bright pink, the strap that comes with it is super handy too.Only downside of having a thicker mat is it becomes slightly harder to balance on, however that might not be important depending on what you want the mat for!I can't really comment on the longevity of the product yet as I've only had it for around 6 weeks, however it seems good quality so I hope it'll last me well.

that amount of packaging is unnecessary.
It is lovely and thick. The only thing I would say is it came in a huge box, that amount of packaging is unnecessary.
