When I bench heavy dumbbells to failure, I often have a little trouble figuring out what to do with the weights. I actually sprained my right wrist on the dismount and had to lift through the pain for weeks and weeks until it subsided. These are a great help for giving my wrists that added support so I can continue increasing the weight beyond my current limit, although I'm still not sure what the little handles are for. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So far, so good. *by C***S on October 14, 2015* Had them for a little over a week, and used them (just one pair) for about 8 or 9 days now.
