Very costly...but slowly it works. I'm using it along with other treatments as well. No matter how good a product is, I have known from an experience of long pimple juggling years, it works in combination with other active ingredients. A 10-20% of azelaic is required to work. It takes a while. And for hormonal skin like mine, it certainly demands patience. It will give u tingling for a few seconds. Dab on lots of sunscreen during daytime n reapply.

Great for my acne prone skin with vascular rosacea
I absolutely love this product! The texture looks a little thick at first, but it spreads very easily, feels lightweight, and absorbs quickly without feeling greasy.I have combination/oily, acne-prone skin with rosacea, and this has been amazing for maintaining clear skin. It helps keep my pores clear, reduces blackheads and occasional breakouts, and gives a very gentle exfoliation without irritating or drying my skin.A little goes a long way, so I think the bottle will last quite a while. I’ve been using it every morning for about a month, and I’m very happy with the results. If you already tolerate salicylic acid well and are looking for a gentle daily treatment, I highly recommend it.
