CGE Letter Jam Board Game

Love this so much. Great game for teenagers and adults. We've played this so many times with family and friends. Explaining takes a bit but otherwise fantastic

Fun cooperative game. Just a quick note - the default setup does require people be able to write letters in fairly small handwriting. Fine for most people, but keep in mind if you want to play with someone with fine motor skills issue. If that's the case, you could have them use a larger whiteboard or something...

This game is clever and fun to play. It may take a little bit to put yourself into scrabble/spelling mode, but once you get going, it is easier and easier and more and more enjoyable. I like the fact that it is co-operative, so you are all in it to win it. You can see all but your own letters and based upon clue words that others give you, you will start to piece together each of unknown letters in front of you. If you all are able to turn over your cards and reveal the secret word, you win. I've never won (not everyone got their own words), but it is so much fun, even if you don't get them all.

This a clever cooperative game. Each player builds a word out of cards then shuffles the cards and passes them to another player. Each player then reveals a single card to all the other players but not him- or her-self. Players then try to build words based on the cards they can see (including a wild card); one player silently spells that word out as a clue to the others. The players use the clue words to deduce their letters and eventually their own words. The game is over after a set number of turns; scoring is based on how many players correctly deduce their words. It's fun, challenging, and fairly simple game, but works best with those with both a good vocabulary and imaginative word-building skills.

There is a little bit of a learning curve. The directions are not that clear. But I'm sure there are videos on YouTube or board game geek that can help. We were fortunate enough to have someone that had played before. You don't have to be a good speller to play but it helps. We had lots of laughs when I misspelled banana and messed everyone up. Fortunately I was playing with smart people figured it out. Highly recommend this game.

This game has a little bit of a learning curve, but after you play one game, it becomes easy to understand the rules and it is so much fun. We have played it over and over again!

My family loves this game! Not too challenging but also not too easy. Anyone who can spell can play!!!

My wife hates competitive games - she hates to see anyone lose. As a result, she refuses to play most games. Some friends introduced us to this game on vacation, and my wife (who by her own admission does not have the best vocabulary) loved it! We then introduced it to our adult children and their partners, and everyone had a great time.

Jeu coopératif, avec un concept très sympa. Je met 2 bémols: le prix est très élevé pour un jeu de cartes avec quelques accessoires simples, et les règles ne sont en anglais.

Nice little word game, easily overlooked. It had nice components and something different.

This is quickly becoming one of my favourite party coops. Takes a little time to understand, but provides a good balance of individual deduction and group coop. Love it!

The components are of good quality, and the game in it is fun if you like word games and puzzle-solving.
