I wish they were just slightly bigger as far as the circumference. I don't have the biggest hands I wear medium size gloves and they feel small in my hand.The one with the sharper point is good for personal defense. Definitely going to be able to push into someone's pressure point with it. You could easily do more damage if you are determined and have the adrenaline pumping. If you're trying to take this somewhere that weapons are banned you're most likely going to have to leave it at home or in your car.The more blunted tip would work okay for self defense, but it's more likely to slide out of your hand and it's more to put more force into your swing. It's going to be more useful as a glass breaker or center punch. This might be a little easier to take with you that has restrictions on weapons, but you might have to have it on your keys or just leave it in the car.Both are lightweight but sturdy, probably made from aluminum or other lightweight metal.For the price they are worth it.
