Could those be worn by women and if yes, for a waist 33", what should I order: 34? Are they true to size?

I don't know about the size part but they're not true to size. They are very small.

Please tell me. Size 30 "W is Small-28"-30"?

I wear a size 36, got a size 36 and was like two sizes too small! Get bigger size if you want them to fit. Never did return them, gave them to someone else. Won’t buy again.

Are these shorts ibjjf approved?

Yes for sure. I fought the San Jose open with those shorts
