Q: Is it hard to squeeze with arthritic hands?

Very comfortable to hold and squeeze.

Q: How much does this weigh in ounces or grams? How does the head attatch to the bottle?

It’s screws on, and is very easy to take off and on and clean. I don’t know how much it holds but it’s fine it’s easy to refill if needed.

Q: Would this work well for a disabled person who I have to have bend over in front of the toilet to clean or would water and stuff get everywhere?

It would only work if you could put it between their legs while they were sitting up and Amick just right to wash the poop off. I am wrong and I assume it would start to spray up. If they were bent forward you could hold it yourself and aim the nozzle down and it would absolutely clean the area and drip down into the toilet the nozzle just has a sharp bend where the water comes out so you just have to aim correctly. It is a great way to clean the area without having to wipe over and over again.

I use it in the motorhome when we travel. It works better from behind. You can use it from the front also but could get your hands wet. At home we have one builded into the toilet seat that we got from Amazon.
