This is a very good everyday wear type ring. It is very comfortable to sleep in and wear all the time. I also purchased a 5 pack of a cheaper no name silicone ring and I have since gotten rid of them since they are not as comfortable and actually caused me to have a rash since they were not well ventilated. In my opinion, it is worth the extra money for this. On sizing, I followed the instructions and sized down from a half size 9.5-9.75 is comfortable for solid rings for me and the 9 is very comfortable on my finger after a brief break in period. It fits securely. It is aesthetically very nice, although the interior color can be slightly visible from certain angles, so if you want something very minimal, I would recommend not getting the ones with super bright colors.

This rings looks really good and my husband loves it. It did seem to run a size bigger than the fit guide showed, however I sent the original one back and got a replacement fast. It’s comfortable and it looks very nice. He has been wearing it to work and it has held up very well.

I have tried other similar rings by other ring manufacturers, however, Groove Life Rings are by far are make to last long and sustain its contour and design. I have only owned the product for 3 days so my current rating is 4 stars. I would rate it 5 stars but since i cant speak to the rings durability over time or customer service if i ever have to return the product, 4 stars it is. What i like 1. I like the the Groove Edge Ring because it doesn't have a design on the outside like the original Grove solid. 2. I used the printable version of their sizing chart to determine the size of my wedding band. - I didn't go with the advice I have read in other reviews of getting a size smaller, especially since Grove doesn't do half sizes. If they offered half sizes i probably would have ordered a 9.5. - My wedding band fits loose on my finger and so does the groove so I am use to this feel when i am not working out. The benefit is that when i work out, ride my bike or or when the weather is hot and my hand swells, the ring fits perfectly. - The other benefit is when may fingers return to normal size there is plenty of air to keep my skin from staying wet. However with that said the features Groove built into the ring to keep perspiration from gathering under the ring seem to work well when i am working out especially since I sweat like a sinner in church. Even though i have only owned it for 3 days, i have worn it for 7 hours of workouts (Hiit, strength training, and cycling). 3. it is so much more comfortable to wear than my gold ring when i do pull ups, use free weights or kettle bells. 4. They offer a good variety of colors and i was able to find one that my wife approved (always important). 5. I like the thickness and width of the ring. Even though its substantially lighter than my wedding band, it still feels solid on my hand. What would be NICE 1. If they offered half sizes 2. They are a little pricey, if you could get 2 for this price or for a few dollars more (Clint Eastwood approved :-) ) it would be perfect and you could have two different rings to use. At the end of the day i am happy with my purchase.
