Good product. Good for cooking, or adding extra fiber to smoothies or shakes.

This is the only brand I use. It works great in my low carb yeast bread. This is third time I have purchased.

I bought this oat fiber specifically to make keto bread, and for that purpose, it worked well. The finished bread came out as expected, and the oat fiber seems to be a good-quality product. The packaging was also good. It arrived well sealed and protected, with no issues during shipping. My only hesitation is that I’m still pretty new to keto baking and experimenting with alternative flours and ingredients. So far, keto bread is the only thing I’ve used this for, and I honestly haven’t figured out what else I would use it for. If you regularly make keto or low-carb recipes that call for oat fiber, this seems like a good product. For someone like me who bought it for one specific recipe, though, it may end up being one of those ingredients that sits in the pantry waiting for its next assignment. Bottom line: Good-quality product that worked well for the keto bread I bought it for. I just need to find more recipes that use oat fiber so I can get more use out of the package.

Great products it's a repeat orders that's the only kind I will buy

So I clicked 5 stars and the review page responded "I love it!". Well that's not true- I don't love it. It's a kind of disgusting fine whitish flavorless powder that easily drifts onto your countertop in addition to whatever container you want to put it in. The five stars is for the benefit of fiber. It seems that 30 grams per day is the minimum healthy dose of fiber and I don't know anyone who gets that much. That's like a bushel of apples or something. So this stuff is handy; you can stir some into your scrambled eggs or soup or many beverages and it just disappears there. No carbs, no sugar, nothing bad in there. Just don't sneeze when you are holding a spoonful.

FOLLOW UP: I complained directly to the company, and they did in fact refund my purchase, and they provided quick email responses, and a quick resolution for my complaint. It is listed with a No Return Policy on Amazon, however, the text of their listing does in fact guarantee 100% satisfaction. Nice surprise to see a company stand behind their guarantee. After talking with company representatives, I do believe that the product met their quality control guidelines when it was shipped to the Amazon Warehouse. I believe that it was not kept in a cool enough environment AFTER it arrived for storage with Amazon, and that is the point were the oils in the product turned rancid. --- I edited my original post to now say: The "Best By" date on my 5 lb package is was not for another 2 years (7/2022) - but it was extremely rancid when I opened it the same afternoon that it was delivered. I didn't bother to read all the negative reviews before I bought it, but sure read them tonight. Over a third of the reviews were negative.....and nearly all of those 50+ negative reviews said that the taste or smell was rancid.....just like mine. The company website states that their Oat Fiber has a "strong natural" smell that will go away when used in cooking..... What I got was not just strong and natural - the taste and smell was indeed RANCID taste. I'm a chef....and I know rancid when I smell and taste it. This storage issue with Amazon may also affect products from other companies as well. I did just buy a three pound bag through Amazon from Lifesource, and it was fine.... earthy as I expected, but no sense of rancidity.
