Our dog will not eat dog food. We have tried countless brands that she might try once and then never eat again. I found this brand in one of my searches. One of the product points said this is for picky eaters. So I ordered a small bag of the chicken. She devoured it on first serving. Very promising but will she eat it the next day? Yes! She loves this food and cleans her dish every time. I’m so happy. I tried the beef and she liked that one too. Happy dog owner. My search is over.

My gizmo lovessss this dog food. We still use kibble since I heard its good for his health, but he devours this first before his kibble so I know it taste good. I don’t believe there is a strong odor to this compared to his kibble, I smell that more. I use it in his puzzle feeder and also as a topper on his kibble to make him eat it more. Since Gizmo is 3-4 lbs we usually feed him about half a patty per meal, and he gets around 2 meals a day.

A total game changer. My dogs were bored with their food, I guess, so I started mixing this in. Not only do they get excited for mealtime, but they also finish it all! I feel like my money was well spent, and my pups are well fed now. These are amazing. I rehydrate it, mix it with their wet food, and top it with their kibble. I think the smell to them is 10000x what it originally was. I only give them one of these patties per meal when I prepare their food.

I buy these on subscription. Expensive yes. Worth every penny, oh wait soon there won't be any more pennies, dime, yes. These do leave some dust in the bag but I just pour that out into their kibble. I don't feed these exclusive as I have 8 dogs but these patties are great for puppies and for dogs that have to eat something on long hauls to a dog show or camping. (We do both). When traveling I give pieces dry so they are forced to drink more water, not recommended by the manufacturer so understand what you are doing before you just do what I do. My subscription is every two bags every month so you can guess my obsession with my dogs. So far they haven't added a bunch of filler and the protein is still high which I love. Again I don't just feed the Stella's Super Beef Dinner Patties to my dogs but the Super Beef Dinner Patties from Stella and Chewy are the only freeze dried food I feed my dogs. That get kibble from a different company and occasionally a supplement from a third company. If you are thinking of getting a freeze dried food I highly recommend this one.

My dog quit eating after about a year dont know why

This product has helped my little bichon lose weight. This is not the primary purpose but I have needed to calorie count for my little boy and he loves loves loves this. With 56 kcal per patty, I am easily able to keep track of his calories. His poops are fantastic. I am serving him (16.5 lbs down to 16.1 lbs) 1 patty plus 75 calories of a high quality kibble twice a day. He also gets greenbeans and dehydrated sweet potato treats that I make myself. I love this product and wish it wasn't so expensive.

I had bought this for my Chihuahua in a petco store and they are so expensive. I Chihuahua loves them and they are good for her health as well as her bowel movements. When I saw them on Amazon same size package I paid half less $15 on each. I spent $45 on 3 packages. When Petco I would have Spent $90 for 3 packages. What a difference HAH? Awesome! Thank you Amazon.

I currently have small 3 dogs who have each eaten Stella & Chewy's since they were adopted, and an immunocompromised foster puppy who's been on it since she came to us a few weeks ago. Barley is 2.5 and has been eating it since he was a puppy. He has PERFECT teeth, a coat like molten silver, and crystal clear eyes. His weight is perfect and he's never gassy (which is great because he sleeps practically on my head sometimes). Mr. Growley was 4-5 when we adopted him almost 2 years ago and had an itchy coat, constant gas, and some tooth tartar and decay. Since he's been with us his skin has cleared up, his coat is snow white and thick and soft, he doesn't have gas (thank god), and the tartar on his teeth has actually gotten better without any brushing or dental work. Molly was 5 pounds when we got her, somewhat emaciated, and was supposed to be 2 years old. Since she's been with us, just over a year, she grew 4 pounds (!!!) and is a stocky, but not fat, little bundle of bossy energy. We're assuming she was younger than 2 and had some growing to do, but the difference is amazing. All 3 of the dogs have great breath (for dogs) and very firm, not stinky poop. Being small dogs they sometimes have accidents in the house but you can NEVER tell it's happened by the smell - it doesn't smell at all (weird, huh!). You don't know until you see it. Baby Girl is a foster and has been with us for about a month (she belongs to the rescue Leave No Paws Behind). She's about 10 months old and came to us eating whatever the vet was feeding her. She has a genetic immune disorder called dermatomyositis. Her skin was in terrible shape, her eyes were inflamed and runny, and she was very underweight. She had significant hair loss in certain places too. Demodectic mange was ruled out. For the first week I fed her canned puppy food trying to get some weight on her. She STANK. She was so gassy that she'd fart when she squatted to pee. She had runny poop. It was really gross. I decided to hell with the cost and put her on Stella & Chewy's. She wouldn't eat the frozen, but went crazy for the freeze-dried. Almost right away the gas and runny poop stopped and her eyes cleared up and looked less inflamed and her skin got much less red. After the first bag was done I switched her to a different brand (I and I Love You) and the results were disastrous. Within a day or two she was itching and scratching, her eyes were gummy, and worse, her skin was breaking out again in little sores and scabs. It was bad enough that I took her in to the vet just to check. I threw the rest of the bag of that food and put her back on Stella & Chewy's. Within a day or two she had vastly improved, her skin had returned to a light pink instead of red and begun to heal, and her eyes were bright and clear and she was back to her energetic puppy self. Luckily she has now started to eat the frozen version, so that will reduce the cost by about half, but I'll keep the freeze-dried on hand just in case. I just cannot say enough good things about Stella & Chewy's. I was laid off a few months ago so money is tight, but we decided this is one place where we will not skimp. There is just such a difference in the dogs' condition (for the better) when they're eating Stella & Chewy's.
