A: I'm in SLC and it's winter atm. This plant not only spent 3 days in the mail (USPS, no less) with cold temps, but also sat outside my door for several hours, and it arrived in absolutely amazing condition. It was wrapped in thermal mylar and cardboard. Amazing packaging.
