I don’t. I just rub in the extra liquid left on my face after I take the mask off.

Can you sleep with this on?

You could...but wouldn't recommend it. Unless you don't move in your sleep...it is a sheet mask, and thus would most likely slip off your face. The time suggested for these is 15-20 mins. I just create a little 'spa' time for me...soak my feet and put one of these on. It does make your face soft...but not life changing. Hope that helps:-)
