 UPDATE: The replacement Amazon sent after the seller told me to contact them for a solution actually works. The original watch I received was lacking a plastic stopper and clearly defective, even though the seller insisted they never have defective units.The watch itself is a good everyday classy watch. The leather strap is nice. Quality seems decent. I wouldn't ever pay the prices the company has on their website, which are in the $100 range... especially after seeing the quality of their support, who speak broken English.But as a simple everyday watch, this works.Really wanted to like this watch. Arrived defective. The crown is stuck at position 2 and the only thing I can do is adjust the time, but can't get it to work at position 1.. It's stuck.Emailed seller to explain the problem, as I wanted to give them a chance to make it right. Instead, seller responded in broken English, denying responsibility and sending me to Amazon to get it replaced.. I could have done that already on my own, the reason I contacted them was to give them a chance to make it right...This was seller message verbatim:"we are so sorry for happening this situation,but our watches should not be defective,because we will check when we send the watches to Amazon warehouse."Don't know about you, but this gives me zero confidence in this so-proclaimed London brand.. I purchased from Olivia Burton recently, and their watch came in gorgeous packaging with multiple inserts and a dedicated support line..I expected something similar from this brand as their website prices are comparable with Olivia Burton which sells in Bloomingdales and is a nice high-end watch. Both are London brands.. Now I see they are not even on the same level. It's embarrassing their Amazon support does not even speak English properly! For a London brand! Shame on you, Victoria Hyde..I ended up asking for a replacement because I got it on a lightning deal and decided to try a replacement.. My Anne Klein watch broke after 6 years when I dropped it at the tile floor at the gym locker room the other day and I need a basic everyday watch.If their service improves and the watch performs better, I will update this review in the future.

Just what I needed. A bit of gold and a black band. It can look formal or looks great with casual outfits. I don't use the calendar circle at the bottom because I can't see it, but I am sure for a person with better vision it would be fine. I get tons of compliments. Hope the battery lasts a long time!

Got my watch today. Absolutely love the color and the size. I have small wrist (I'm a petite Asian), so this watch fits me well although I would hope the case was a little bigger. I wear the innermost hole of the band.Packaging was great too. When you receive the watch, make sure to remove a little white thing placed underneath the knob then push the knob in and the watch will work. I only have it for one day, will see how it performs after a couple of days.Update: Wow, the ticking is really loud. I sit in the last row of a conference room during presentation worrying people in front and next to me would be disturbed by it!

Love my new watch. Wanted a larger size that was easy to read and this is perfect. The face is larger without being huge or chunky. And the dials are easy to see even for someone who really needs glasses to read.

In the product description it says "Band Color: Sky blue, beige,brown black, blue,brown; Packed in gift box, A good present for you and your friends"This gives an impression that we will be receiving 5 color straps, after delivery when I check the box there are no additional straps.Either the Bullet point is wrong or the straps were forgotten while packing. Though the product is good, missing the straps in the package box made it worse as a gift as I had told the receiver she will have 5 straps to change as per dress colors!!

I love the feminine, light weight features of the watch. It’s easy to put on and goes with everything. I ordered two so I could have two different colors for different occasions. I love the large face of the watch. It’s so easy to tell the time at a glance. Great product.

The watch looked just like the photo. However, the box was scratched and had stains on it. It was a gift, so I was disappointed with the condition of the box.

Got it for Daughter for Christmas !! She LOVES it. It is clean, smooth, classic looking! She loves it.
