when I tell you I was so happy to find this on amazon. because I lost contact with the person I got it from before. it is truly a good price was here the next morning and taste great they have gotten so many more flavors as when they had when I first started drinking it. it has tons of vitamins and actually gives me more energy than drinking a energy drink. I have ADHD so I am usually all over the place at work especially since I'm not taking medication anymore for it. but this part seems to keep me focused and on track and I am not just saying that.

I've used this everyday as a way to get my vitamins in (cannot always control what the cafeteria serves in way of nutrition). It's not super sweet, but is easy to adjust the serving size based on your container size. I use half a scoop per water bottle, and it's perfect for me. It gives me just enough of an energy boost each morning without making me jittery. I love spark.

I love Advocare Spark Energy powder. It really does give me a boost of energy and helps me to be more productive. I am a migraine sufferer and this product does contain caffeine so it also helped me to drink one when I was starting to get a migraine. I personally think that the mango strawberry is the best flavor. Each canister provides 42 servings of just 15 calories each. The price is a little high but in my opinion, it is so worth it. I have been buying this product for a couple years now and will probably continue to buy it for years to come. I have been using Advocare Spark prior to working out for many years and the main positives are the taste, and energy it gives. The one negative is that I do get a little lightheaded from time to time because of the caffeine level so I recommend drinking plenty of water. However, I fully recommend for the price and taste alone. A smaller portion goes a long way!
