This is my first time using "Nutrija" product and I am impressed. Firstly, yohimbine is not a magic pill which will give you results. You will need to follow a caloric deficit diet and include yohimbe in it to give you best results. Yohimbine acts as stimulant to target your stubborn belly fat which is hard to reduce. I have used it for a month now and i am satisfied with the results.I have also used "Nutrija Caffeine" capsules which are very useful for days when you are lacking energy or looking for an intense gym session. It gives you an additional kick with 200gm of caffeine.I am a satisfied user and impressed by Nutrija's products.Important Note: if you are suffering from anxiety or insomnia then do not consume more than 1 yohimbine capsule but if not then you can have around 10mg yohimbine i.e 2 capsules of 5mg each.

It works ( condition: follow proper diet and workout) and yes it depends on individuals… I hit plateau so my weight loss is hard and I’m still working on it2. One might feel heavy chest after taking it ( this is because your heart pumps fast ) so please start with one capsule a day or may b go with 2.5mg firstNote: you might sweat a lot but it’s totally fine.. please hyderate yourself..And finally I Will defiantly order again

I am one of those users who spend on tried and tested brands even if their price is extremely expensive. I decided to try this product as it seems to be the only Indian brand selling the HCL version (which is extremely tolerable by the human body). To my surprise this product works beautifully. No jitters and anxiousness (which you usually get with the "Yohimbe" version - the natural bark extract) and super effective in raising body temp which will lead to fat burn. Extremely recommended buy.Please note no fat burner is a magic pill. So if you don't intend on following a good diet and don't intend to workout then don't watlste your money, but if you are someone who is serious about your training and Diet, go for this product 👍🏻

Used about three bottles, but couldn't decide for sure if effective or not, diet, exercise and healthy lifestyle are more effective for fat loss.

Please take this on empty stomach In morning Berfore going to gym or a run at the park . Start with 1 table then very very slow go to 2 and then 3 .I have been taking this for 3 moths .I got my body back in shape. But you have to stop eating sugar .
