So when it comes to asking yourself 'which one is best', the answer to your question is, the best one is the one that can do the job, and this belt does that for much less than the big brand named ones.So really, save yourself the money and buy this one, you know it makes sense.Your back, like your wallet, will be better off for it.Suck your tummy in, and set the belt to be tight as you can get it while it still being somewhat comfortable to breathe.Breathe 'up and down' instead of 'in and out' going by how your belly moves.
