Ok, this belt isn't stamped with the big recognized brand name, like Gold's Gym for example, but it does the job it was designed for. So when it comes to asking yourself 'which one is best', the answer to your question is, the best one is the one that can do the job, and this belt does that for much less than the big brand named ones.So really, save yourself the money and buy this one, you know it makes sense.Your back, like your wallet, will be better off for it.Suck your tummy in, and set the belt to be tight as you can get it while it still being somewhat comfortable to breathe.Breathe 'up and down' instead of 'in and out' going by how your belly moves. Originally I was sent slightly the wrong size. I contacted EVO Fitness customer service and they corrected this very quickly . I was very impressed with the service. The belt is perfect of very good quality and great value for the price. Overall I am very pleased with the purchase.

This belt is good value for money. It is an affordable price and two wrists straps were included too, and it was all I needed to support my workout in a cut phase keeping heavy loads.The leather is really good and the padding feels great preventing to hurt the back.The size is what written in the description. I followed it and got the M size, that suits perfectly.The buckles work well, just a bit hard the first times as the material is a good one.Thumb down only for the big logo, I think they could do a little bit smaller.

Very important because the size I felt are not very clear, I have 34/ 36 trouser size and the medium for the belt is more than enough. Is fairly good product it help for the squat and I enjoy also the free wrist band.

This is the first ever belt I have bought and they were great. I have been using makeshift materials like a long towel or a shirt for a belt to protect myself but this is better and safer. The fit is perfect just below the ribs at the abdomen and I am lifting heavier now. Oh and the wrist wraps is good. I had a wrist injury a while ago and this really supports the joints. Amazing! Am a happy guy.

Items description was misleading because it said XL was between 40" to 44" which led me to order it. It didn't fit my 42 size. You also have to bear cost of return too. I'm giving it 2stars because its actually a decent looking belt plus 2 free wrist support. If you are more than size 36" it's not for you

The belt itself is nice quality but the sizing info is completley wrong I bought the 2xl which is supposed to fit up to 45” waist which sholuld have fitted me easy and I couldn’t even get it to first set of holes so beware when purchasing

Got a medium normally a 32" waist and it fits on the last notch of the belt should've probably order a size down but very good belt no stretch in the leather after multiple uses
