Does music sync work through Alexa mic or do I need to keep my phone on?

I would highly suggest you purchase another brand. I purchased 9 of these. I could never get them to stay synced. I contacted customer service and they sent me 9 new light and said the ones I received had bad firmware. I reinstalled the new lights and had the same problem. I lost count the number of times I had contacted customer support. I used Hue and they all synced on the first try.

Are these lights approved for wet locaitons?

No, it' s not designed for wet locations.

Why won’t it work on 5g

it needs a wifi signal ihate them they cut out from tim to time and then you have to reprograme them i have one that doesnt register i have yet to hear a respond from the co.pany they suck
