I was a little worried about the sizing. I'm 5"5 about 155lbs. Was going bk and forth weather I should buy the large or medium, I'm still in the process of losing weight so I figured if the medium doesn't fit I'll just lose a few more pounds. Well the medium came and I was able to fit in it on the first hook. I was impressed that I was able to run my 2miles with it on and it wasn't uncomfortable at all. I'm 3weeks in and I'm able to hook it tighter now at the 3 and last hook now. Im probably going to be ordering the small one in black pretty soon. If you cant tell by now I absolutely love this sauna sweat waist trainer. Makes ur torso,back and stomach sweat like crazy.

Im 5'4" 205 lbs . an xl fits great. Light weight with a firm hold. The arms holes arent snug like most vests ive gotten in the past. I love the mixture of the sauna affect with the 3 prong waist trainer. The velcro waist band gives you that extra support. I Did some house cleaning and organizing today, was just as soaked as if i did full High interval training today. No icky feeling and the moisture stays put. I literally couldnt tell i was as wet as i was. Its got me excited about tomorrows gym workout. Definately try it. Its worth it.

Love this !! I will say that I’m 5’6” and range from 135-142 in weight - I ordered a medium and probably could got gotten a small. The shoulder straps are a big big, and I have it tightened to the smallest notch. But it still does a great job at helping sweat in the right area when at the gym, and the extra strap across the stomach is a huge help! Great quality! Have used and washed twice now and no issues - I will purchase another in a small to compare shoulder straps !

I should have a size larger because of breast size. Like back support. The length would be perfect to Protect my Transplanted Kidney but as I said too tight. The hook design is had to fasten for me. A larger size would work best.

Whewww this is a beautiful product(even tho i dont currently use it) For me. The shoulder area was a little loose..i ordered a size small. Not sure if any other ladies had this issue but how my body is shaped...im more small up top. There are 3 lines of the cinch(the tiny metal parts you can latch) and this helps you too adjust the mid section as you lose weight. Then the velcro buckle part makes you 'feel' even more supported. For me, this will keep raising as you are moving about through your workout. I was doing step aerobics with 'Xtreme Hip Hop with Phil' on youtube(which is enjoy!) And he encourages and works up a sweat in the participants that my wasit cincher would statt rising up and folding lol. Once i take it off im DRENCHED in the gut area. This is a very supportive amd effective wasit cincher..but if folding and raising makes you irritated...this may mot be for you OR do low impact activities. I wouldnt advise it to wear it all day..but to each their own.

I try to be very honest when I write my reviews on the things I have purchased because I believe that an honest review saves time for others and also for the company. This product arrived yesterday and I bought the size Medium based on what was said in some of the reviews I read and You can see from the photo I was able to take. I had to butter it slightly different to get a decent fit and still was not able to adjust properly. So when I tried this product the following things came to my attention. 1 the material is very thin and not very durable for a daily training session. 2. The belt design in the front is a bad design because it does not extend to the back, tightening the belt causes the back to pull and bend ... this creates creases and folds that rub into the flesh and causes irritation and bruising of the skin. Very uncomfortable! 3. This is not for people with curves as they will not fit properly and will be loose in places you have more shape. 4.This belt does not give you the support you need for an energetic workout due to the design and fabric. In short. If you are skinny and only have a little belly or love handles, buy this belt. If you have 5-10 maybe and I say maybe 15 pounds to lose, buy this product it will fit you more comfortably. I will return it!

This product definitely did work, I was a bit hesitant at first but slowly started adding it to my workout routine. I did notice that my bra fat area didn’t get covered fully, but it made everywhere else sweat. It didn’t take me long to feel comfortable enough to wear this for extended periods of time. I got engaged in September and started in a size 22 dress was working out with this on and went back for a fitting in October I had gone down to a size 18. Absolutely mind boggling! Then, went back for the resizing and my waist had gone in further so now I’m in a size 16! For reference I’m 5’5, 239 pounds, and pear shaped. I purchased a 2x in the beginning, but I’m placing an order for an extra large after this review 😂. Don’t overdo it, and while it may take time be patient because the results are worth it especially if you’re dedicated.
