Did jvc fix the bluetooth connectivity issue with this model?

i have had zero bluetooth connection issues between my Galaxy S7 and the unit, but I basically only use bluetooth for phone calls. All music listening is done from uncompressed flac. files on a big USB stick using the rear USB input (which is routed to the glove box). Thus leaving the front USB for temporary or guest use. For the $, the unit seems quite solid to me. Hope this helps.
