its a great product...battery life is way more than i expected...delivered on all my expectations from commercials. also easier to change modes than the instruction manual made it out to be. there are multiple steps to change modes but none of them are difficult. the only thing i can say negative about it is u can't change the seat hieght in bike mode but you can adjust the handle bar hieght.

A little hard to assemble, and hard to switch from bike to scooter since it's a bit heavy. But besides that, it is super cool! My son loves to ride it everyday. He always gets compliments on how it's really cool. Love the light it has for night time use.

Look good, heavy,hard to change the options. When you change on bike sit is really uncomfortable and hard to drive . Instructions is hard to understand. My son has a problem to drive straight , it’s look like he’s going zigzag , I tried too and I had same problem. The bike stand doesn’t wOrk ,it’s to high. Pretty fast but it’s laud . My son like it me not really especially when I have to bring it up the stairs .

Very easy to assemble, however could use a better battery but my Daughter thinks it’s great. Loves riding it all over block

Purchased this for my sons 9th birthday. On my sons first time riding he hurt himself pretty bad. When you press the brakes it slides and doesn’t come to a stop and loses control. After riding it an hour the handle bars came completely off and he crashed. My daughter has a electric razor that is supposed to go the same speed and rides perfect (and was half the cost) and this one does not compare. He does great on that and even Lime and Bird adult scooters. But this one just really ruined his “big” birthday present. It doesn’t get up to the 10mph as promised as well. We threw the main box it came in away so I don’t even believe I can return it. However I do still have the other box that the main one was in. Haven’t even got the chance to try to use the bike function yet either but now I see no point.

I wish the foot pegs came in the front like the photo, it was the main reason I chose this for my son over other scooter/bikes. I knew it'd be easier to ride for him as with them in the back the child needs to be able to control & hold the weight of the bike, kind of like a motorcycle, and it's just too heavy for him to ride with them in the back. **Also it'd be better if the pegs locked, he kept hitting them back up/in when trying to get his balance & kick his feet up to ride, another thing that would be simpler if it looked like picture with them in the front**. He caught on pretty quickly to the scooter mode and it road nice. - definitely slow to no movement on grass, great on sidewalk. - to transform to & from scooter/ bike mode it is pretty simple if you have everything in the right position. The push in slide button at the bottom has to be perfectly placed with the way the bike is turned or it won't push in to complete the transformation, watch the transform video as it shows exactly what to do. Overall if it lasts great purchase for my son he is 7 so hopefully it lasts a few years & he can handle the bike mode before it goes out on us.

I bought two of these for my kids for Christmas one is 11 and one is 6. These were great for both of them. With my youngest son knee pads and elbow pads where I must! But they had an amazing time on them and they go pretty fast.

This is great for my 5 year old son. I wish changing from scooter to bike or vice versa was a little easier, it's almost a 2 person job. However with that being said, it is well worth the price. My 5 yr old is a husky boy (72 pounds) and there are not many ride on toys available for him in his age category, all of them max out at 50 pounds or go 43 mph, this electric scooter/bike does the job and he loves it.
