My old one finally died when I accidently dropped it in the toilet. I was still running! But came apart after hitting the bowl. This one is the same make. It has a much higher RPM's. Works great. (There was only water in toilet.)

I had a Wahl clipper that lasted me decades, but it finally died. So I replaced it with a fancier Wahl clipper that was bulkier, rounded and had more heads. I didn't need more heads though as I have another Wahl clipper that I use for my hair and beard. I didn't like the new clipper as it kept rolling off the shelf. Finally it fell into the sink again and broke so I ordered this. It's more like the first Wahl clipper I had with a narrow barrel with a flat side and a flat bottom. Besides doing a good job on my stash, sideburns, eyebrows and nose and ear hair it stays put where I put it down. Very happy with it. P.S. I've been buying Wahl products for more decades than I want to count. Their quality is A+. A couple of years ago I bought a different brand clipper for man-scaping and it almost killed me. It gave me a couple of ingrown hairs that got infected and put me in the hospital for 4 days. No exaggeration I almost died. Stick with a name you know for personal grooming items. Wahl is the best.

Finally, a trimmer for ear hairs, eyebrows, etc. that really works. I figured if Wahl made them, the quality would be there. My only complaint is that the one head that works great, sounds like the head needs to be lubricated to make it quiet to operate. It sounds like metal parts rubbing together. I will try a silicone lubricant next, but even if it is just noisy, it still is the best trimmer that I have ever tried. When it stops working, I will buy another one. Note: I have tried dozens of different trimmers that didn't work at all. I buy them, try them and throw them away because they are cheap.

I bought a couple versions of these things, and they're 2 different machines for sure. The other one (of different brand) is what I'd call "petite". It's light, cheap, and dainty. It sort of works, but not super well really. THIS one, the Wahl, does work better, overall. It's a little nicer made, and does a little better job, but still could be better IMO. The round nose/ear hair trimmer attachment doesn't really allow it to get close enough to do a good job IMO, and so then it forces me to use the straight edge attachment for everything instead, since it'll get closer, at some angles. Problem with that is - the little sucker is LOUD w/that straight edge on it, and may make your ears ring, lol. Thankfully for now I don't have a lot of ear hair trimming to do, but I'll probably keep searching for something better for the ears anyway.

I've purchased 3 of these over the past year. I am astonished there are so many positive reviews because these don't seem to last more than a year (at BEST) before completely disintegrating. My first one was trooper, and lasted me exactly 1 whole year before the plastic casing around the trimmer head disintegrated and it completely fell apart. My 2nd one, lasted just 3 months before the trimmer head stopped working and one of the 2 trimmer blades fell out, making it useless. My 3rd one, which I just bought one month ago, has already completely dismantled itself at the head where the plastic seem is. All of the plastic internal parts fell onto the floor. This is the 2nd time I've used that 3rd one. You might think I'm silly to keep buying these but I like the design and size of these, and when they are working they do a good job. I just wish they didn't break after only a few uses. I'll be looking for something better. The cap is a joke, all 3 of them had the same loose cap which wouldn't stay on in my bag, making it entirely pointless. The fact that these are sold with the accessory heads is also a joke since it will break if permenantly if you try to switch out any of the heads.

This is a great shaver for all delicate parts of the body, with total ease and safety and no cause for concern of irritation. The blades never come into contact with the skin, with a shield, allowing only the hairs to get trimmed. It is light and very efficient.

It is ok I think the company could make this better or have a higher quality product not great but works just, cheaply made.
