Contemporary Elegance yet not lacking quality
Definitely a good product, just needed some finessing to fit my filament. The quality was on point and did not feel cheap at all. Came with adapters but did not fit my newer home lines nor did it fit the center hole for the sink. Once I filed it out with my rotary tool fit like a glove and had no other issues. For the price I will definitely be getting more for my guest bathroom and children's bathroom. Took my mediocre standard Crystal knobs and added a elegant contemporary touch.💯✨✨✨

Bad quality
Don’t buy this products! I bought 2 of it but after installation ( installation is easy might be the only good thing of it) and testing with turning water on, both of them are leaking from the cold/hot water lines at the connection to the 3/8 compressor knob. I absolutely know this is not the leaking from the connection to the shutoff valve but from the waterline itself that come with the faucet( can’t switch to other water lines) . I am not professional but have done faucet installation hundreds of times and this is the first time I have seen 2 products with quality issue at same time! From this I can assume this is bad quality manufacturing. But I passed the return/replace window so i can’t replace them for another try. But I don’t think I am going buy this same product again!

Smooth transition
Bought 4 of these to replace whatever we had in 3 bathrooms (2 sinks in the master bathroom). The installation was sleek and smooth, averagely 15-20 mins per unit, could've been quicker than that but you still got to cleanse the surface area (counter) and water hose under the sink. We did have a bit of problems with 1 of 4 faucets, contacted MFG for product support and received further advice on how-to part, definitely satisfied with their highly-responsive customer service. Would recommend them!
