B H & G C0. Better Homes and Gardens Antique Bronze Cast Iron Chiminea, Durable cast Iron Construction!

Had an issue with the “bowl” of the chiminea. Contacted the seller. They were extremely helpful. The “bowl” had a large crack in it. My husband didn’t notice until it was completely assembled. Company said they would take it back or I could accept a partial refund. We opted for the refund as it would be difficult to take apart and repack and carry to the store to return (it’s 60 lbs). Hopefully, the crack won’t have an impact on its function. It’s a nice chiminea and the box showed no sign of damage…very strange. I was impressed by how quickly the company responded and rectified the situation.

Looks great, but the door is not easily secured, and there is nowhere for the ash to go, you have to sweep that out, and it's an awkward process. Had I known, I would have purchased something else for the money.

I buy chimineas every four or five years as the old ones wear and rust out. This is my third cast iron chiminea, and I have never seen one with better, clearer assembly instructions or such an economy of parts. Very easy to put together (although it still took about 1 hour) and all the holes lined up right. Not heavy to move. Well-packed in the box. I'm going to go ahead and give it a prospective five stars on all counts, and I'll update if it proves to be less durable than expected over time.

It's beautiful and easily put together considering many of the holes didn't line up. The bronze finish is paint and did chip in a few spots. Whether the chips were there from the manufacturer or if it was done when assembled, I do not know. Love that it came with a cover.

The Antique Bronze Cast Iron Chiminea looks good but after only 2 fires the fire pit cracked which was unexpected since it is a fire pit and containing fire is an expectation. I contacted the vendor and by phone and found that they do not answer their phone. I sent a request for service and received no reply. I then contacted Amazon and they sent the vendor a request for service. Once again no reply - I have been waiting for 10 days and finally I called Amazon who finally resolved my issues without the vendors assistance. I do not recommend buying anything from this vendor based upon my experience and their lack of customer service.

I have yet to use item because of warmer months abd just recently put item together. I love this fire pit and can't wait to use it. I will give the item 5 stars but the door appear a little flimsy and I will have to tweak it.

Amazon sent me two of these by mistake, lol. Took all of 10 minutes to assemble. Looks to be sturdy. Looking forward to trying out both of them in the fall.

Was very easy to assemble Looks just as nice as the picture if not better Was surprised how much digger it looked then I thought it would. Can not wait till weather clears so we can enjoy it even more
