The kit includes the band, spring bars, and a spring bar removal tool in a nice little box. This was very nice for someone like me without any of the tools, being new to changing bands. It would have been nice to include a little instruction manual for changing the pins properly but I was able to figure it out. The band where the spring bars go was so tight that even the bars that come with the watch wouldn't fit (I had to use the included tools to free up the block but that did work). I couldn't use the existing (more robust) spring bars because they just wouldn't fit. So not a perfect experience, but a good one.
