I've been using Arm and Hammer powder going on 3 years. I will not buy aerosol because you end up inhaling a full bottle over your lifetime. This powder is the only one that truly works. Put enough in your shoe, it will keep them fresh even through a 12 hour flight. Clean out your show once a month as the powder does gunk up at the end of the shoe.
