Does the glitter flake off?

I have not had any issues with the glitter falling off. The glitter on the red Merry Christmas ribbon are not big peices of glitter but more like a liquid glitter was used and doesn't come off. The rest of the sparkle on the other ribbons is the sewn in kind...aka part of the material.
