Toenail Clippers for Seniors Thick Toenails Wide Jaw Opening Large

I have had the 5 piece set for a year now - bought August 2025. I bought them since my old, professional grade toenail clippers were having trouble cutting my thickened, bent toenail that I later learned had a fungus. All the cutting tools in this kit are extremely sharp and sturdy. I take a shower than since the hot water softens my toenails, then use the tools to cut my toenails. No more splintering nails with these. Also, the curved edges get down to remove toenails that are curving down and trying to become ingrown toenails especially with the lifting tools. All the tools are easy to use in terms of pressure and hand comfort to cut through the tough, thickened toenails. As I mentioned the blades are very sharp and pointed in some cases. They can be scary looking. A friend who bought them thought so too. I have been careful to try and keep any skin out of the way and have been successful. These work super well and have not broken or loosened in the year.

My father really likes this product, it gets the job done, he is a Diabetic and has always struggled to find the right nail clippers because his nails are more on the thick side, and since he has issues with his sight due to Type 2 Diabetes, he did accidentally clip himself, so do be careful and get help from someone if needed because these clippers are sharp and more on the wide side. Be sure you have a firm grip and steady hand, and do not rush to clip your nail or get a family member, spouse, or home health aid to help if your not able to do it yourself. Everything in the case came in clean, but still wipe with alcohol just in case to prevent infections, and know that it comes with multiple tools to take care of your nails or your family members nails. It can be easily stored in a drawer or bathroom mirror, or wherever you are comfortable quickly gaining access to it. Great condition, feels of good quality, sharp, and grips well, easy to zip open and close and easy to put away and clean.

I've tried plenty of flimsy clippers, and these are on a whole different level. Right out of the case, you can feel the quality- solid steel, well-made, and everything stays organized in a sturdy zippered holder. These are SHARP. The wide opening and angled blades make trimming thick nails easy, with clean cuts- no splitting or struggling. The longer handles give good leverage, and the angle keeps you from twisting around trying to get the right position. You also get a nice variety of tools that actually work for detail, not just the basics. Just be mindful-they're sharp enough to do exactly what you tell 'em.

This toenail set has so far worked great for me. I can't speak on their durability, but my first use of the black clippers was so easy for me compared to the regular ones I used before. I had been struggling the last couple of years to cut my toe nails and this will help me do it on a regular basis instead of avoiding the task. I know these are probably not for everyone, but these are easier to use than regular toe nail clippers.

This kit has everything you need for nail care. I really like the right-angle cutter. It makes toenail clipping easy. The pouch is nice for keeping everything together. The clippers are firm and won't flex on thick nails. This is a good buy

These are great for thick toenails. My 84 year old Dad needed something that would work for his so we ordered this kit. You just need to be very careful because the snips are sharp. My dad was a little too aggressive with it when he had an ingrown toenail and cut himself. I had to take the kit away from him and told him to let me know when his toenails needed to be cut and I would help him. It does have a nice grip to the handles which I appreciate. The clippers open up wide to get thick toenails and again, the snips are very sharp. I haven’t used all the pieces myself yet but it’s a very nice kit.

I was concerned about the price for this kit of toenail tools, but now am glad I bought it. The tools are sturdy and very sharp and shaped in a way that makes trimming nails much easier.

Great set of clippers! Easy to use and seem to be well made and sturdy. I do suggest using care the first time you use them as they are shaped different from normal clippers, it could be easy to accidentally clip some skin. Comes in a very nice case to keep everything in too. I highly recommend these!

This set has not disappointed me. Good quality, sturdy for the job. Very sharp cutters making it easy to take small amounts at a time. The angled cutters make the job easier too. Would definitely buy again.

Forget the cheap corner store junk. this nail clipper set does the job easily and without effort. Thw nail file included is durable and has 2 sides of different grit to make if very good at smoothing out the "snags' and hard shin around the nails. Could never be more satisfied with this purchase...so far We have used for 3 months and no evidence of wear and still sharp.

Very useful and well constructed set of tools that, due to the practical pouch it comes in, is equally at home in the house as it is when travelling. My toenails are particularly thick and, due to my advanced age, impossible to cut with conventional scissors, or nail cutters with a gap too narrow to fit my nails into. With this set, I found the various tools easy to use, and was able to cut nails, both thick and thin, with ease. I was surprised how quickly and easily I was able to ‘get the job done’. If you are old, or have stubborn nails, (or even if you don’t) I highly recommend this set.
