I am not a medical doctor so please see your doctor to get his advice. This is just my experience with this product. I am near 50 years of age. I started having a few drops as instructed on the bottle each day. All the pre and post time of the month symptoms & discomforts disappeared after having this product. I however started having hot flushes so I stopped taking it. After about 3 months the hot flushes stopped and the pre and post time of the month symptoms have not return ( touch wood- so to speak). Since then I have it about 3 times a month I have a few drops in water as instructed on the label.

The Global Healing Center Detoxadine Organic Bioactive Iodine Food Supplement is something I was interested in after learning both that most people don't get enough iodine and it is vital for health and that it can decalcify the pineal gland which I was interested by after years of use of fluoridated toothpaste.The liquid supplement is easy to take with the recommended dose being three drops a day. Sometimes I found the dropper a bit unpredictable as to how much it would release but that only happened every now and then and maybe it's how I was controlling it anyway!The first few days I tried taking three drops a day in water but I just didn't feel right taking that amount so I cut it down to one. I am happy with this as it's still more than the recommended daily amount and it'll make the bottle last even longer. With the bottle being 30ml it doesn't look much but I think even taking three drops a day it'll last a long time.I was hoping to have more energy using this supplement but I haven't really noticed any difference. After feeling like three was too many drops on the first days for reasons I can't quite explain, it just didn't feel right, I've since not noticed any difference in how I feel other than one. The one difference this did make was my periods have been significantly lighter since taking this. I've had heavy periods forever and nothing really made any difference until I started using this supplement. Since then it's been so light I've wondered why and been shocked at how light my period was.As this has made that time of the month much more manageable I'll definitely continue using the product. Maybe some other benefits will happen over time but other than periods it's not made any noticeable different for me. Maybe it will for you though.

Great product must have supplement

I don’t normally write reviews but this has changed my life, honestly and I have only been taking it a week.For a long time I have had a range of health issues which I believe are fibromyalgia type symptoms. I’m not big on GPs which is just as well as I’m mostly ignored. Bloods have shown very little and my thyroid levels are low but on the acceptable side.I don’t know if this stuff is supposed to build up in the system and I’m just imagining the improvements? But I feel ace, each day I seem to feel better than the day before. I feel like I’m starting to feel like the old happy me, who I haven’t seen in about 7 years! I pray that things carry on in the same direction and thank the manufacturers, this certainly is a wonder supplement!

I've been using this product for years , I stopped about 5 months ago, and really felt the difference, I've always felt I've got a sluggish thyroid. But all tests came back negative, so I've used this on and off over the years .
