There are only four pockets - two front and two back. They are medium weight cotton. The leg length is perfect. The width of the shorts was perfect for the beige, but the blue shorts were a little wider, but wearable.The waist is true to size, which means if you lay the garment flat on a table and measure it the measurement is exactly 18 inches; which is half the waist size of 36. Many purchasers say they are small, but that is because when they buy most pants there is an inch or two added for a "vanity" fit by the manufacturer. Your skin measurement is not your pant size, unless you wear your shirts untucked. I wear my shirts tucked in, so that adds an inch to the waist size. I normally buy size 34, but purchased 36, and they fit, but not super snug. There are no wrinkles in the front or back of the shorts, which would indicate tightness.Overall, a good buy for the price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have bought more, and will buy more in the future.
