The box was all smashed up and damaged badly. The product it’s self does and alright job as it’s meant to with didn’t settings to change the power. Taking the heads of is difficult and when I tried to remove one it just snapped off. The vacuum itself is alright but as others have said it leaves bruises but doesn’t really remove much.
