I was very sceptical about the use of Night Vision glasses as I understand the danger of doing anything to reduce your vision when driving, especially at night. However, I was finding the glare of brighter oncoming headlights was actually reducing my vision of the road ahead at night, which is in itself dangerous. I have found these glasses do not reduce my vision, but actually improve it at night and in twilight. I believe the reason to be that the lenses reduce the intensity of blue and ultra violet light, leaving my eyes to remain able to cope well with the rest of the spectral range. There is some polarising effect that slightly reduces reflection from wet roads, but not enough to obscure detail. My conclusion is I am glad I purchased these glasses, very pleased with the benefit of the lenses, and would recommend them to anyone else with difficulties driving safely at night. My only, and very small, gripe is they could possibly be more comfortable, but I have worn them with no problems for a long journey and for the price I am very content.

They're a bit on the big side (they lift off the bridge of my nose). I generally wear average size sunglasses or go for a smaller one. In this case I'd be looking for a smaller size. Otherwise they cut the glare of oncomng cars. They make a good yellow tint without darkening everything. They are light and comfortable. I have given them away to a friend who is a cyclist as they fit his face much better. He says they are better than his sunglasses and he's been using these instead. They don't fog up when he uses them in the cold weather.

At the possibly unacceptable cost of looking like Bono (U2) these are incredible - they genuinely help cut glare, making everything more sharp and focused, and (added benefit for Scotland) turns dreary white light into a wonderful warm yellow - feels like high summer when the reality on the ground strongly suggests otherwise. Comes with a great little pouch too. Good for driving ✅ Good for your mood ✅ Bad for your image ❌

Got these after I’d had enough of my retinas being burned out by modern day car lighting. The lenses do work amazingly and the frames look pretty nice, however, lenses tend to fall out occasionally and when you’re driving at night and trying to find parts in your vehicle, it’s not a good combination.

As a nation, I have no idea why we have chosen to fit ultra powerful LED lights to cars and blind each other at night but these glasses made a nighttime journey I was dreading into something almost enjoyable. I was able to see clearly except for two drivers who chose to have full beams on but the function of night-time driving was really helped by these glasses. Almost a universal fit - I have quite a big head and my partner is petite but we could both wear these comfortably. Will update in winter when everyone is driving around with LED lights on. ----update---- Absolutely love these glasses in the night. The same journey that was an absolute terrifying horror this time last year was actually an enjoyable drive tonight. I would definitely buy again. Have upped the review to 5* because of this.

Like many people, headlight glare from LED lights has become an increasing problem for me. As a sufferer of visual migraines, very bright white lights are not only dazzling, but can also cause me headaches and blurred vision. I decided it was worth trying some night glasses, but was dubious as to how effective they would really be. Short answer: THESE REALLY DO HELP! It's a bit like being able to put the screen shader or blue light filter from your phone on to your windscreen. Of course they don't completely eliminate all dazzle, but they do make a big difference. Much less overall glare and the horribly bright white lights become a more pleasant yellow. The same goes for street lights too (the yellow glow is like going back in time to the 1980s!) Crucially, since using them I've not had any visual auras or migraine symptoms from super bright headlights! They're lightweight, but well made and very comfortable to wear. They also come in a really nice hard case. Much better than most cheap cloth ones. Definitely worth paying £22 to be safer and more comfortable driving at night.

I used these glasses on a dull afternoon and they provided excellent enhanced light vision. On driving in the dark I was slightly disappointed in that they did not reduce dazzle from oncoming vehicles as well as I had hoped. They did reduce the harsh blue glare and turned it to a more yellow tint. The glasses are lightweight and comfortable and would be easy to wear for long periods. Overall reasonable value for money

I have found these really help reduce glare when driving on twisty B roads. I've been really struggling with driving in the dark on two journeys I regularly undertake, but this week, both journeys were so much better due to the reduced glare from wearing these glasses. They are +50min journeys on twisty country B roads and I have been finding that I get blinded by reflections in my wing mirrors from cars following me and oncoming traffic, but with the glasses it is significantly reduced. I also find them fine once I turn off and drive down lanes. I don't understand why the motoring authorities don't recommend them.
