I've made several Mirabilia counted cross stitch projects. This one will be a present for my friend's new house. The patterns are well written, very detailed, and the results are absolutely worth the time and effort.

good patten but hard to find all the other stuff you need
as it is just the pattern and now you have to go out a spend even more money to get everything eles you need from 3 or 4 differnt places so you can sit down and make it there is a list of like 6 places you can go to so that you can get all the other stuff you need it is very pretty and i do like it but not worth price you have to pay to get it to you

Mermaid Patterns by Mirabilia
This is for the pattern ALONE. I would judge that a person should have some kind of experience before not having everything included in a kit. This company only makes the pattern. Then, you have to buy the fabric, threads and beads. There are many local needle work stores in people's areas but, I buy everything on line at the thousands of stores available. The designer, Nora Corbett has many beautiful Fantasy designs but the Mermaids are my favorite. It is a simple rule that if something , especially that requires so many extra items is in a kit, it will say that in the explanation of the item for sale.
