Green Goat, Goat Milk Whole, 32 Fl Oz

It's definitely goat milk. : ) For the uninitiated, you'll probably not like goat milk at first. I think it's an acquired taste. Still, it's far better for health than regular milk. Can you add this to coffee or cereal? Maybe, but I wouldn't. Can you use this for certain recipes... yes, especially if you want to add more of a sour cream flavor. Most people will probably just drink it straight. This brand has a mild, as opposed to sour, taste. Mild yet also tastes grassy. It's somewhat pleasant and somewhat strange all at once -I felt like a baby goat drinking it... and then guilt for taking away some baby goat's milk. Hey, but that's just my wackiness. Overall, I don't like goat milk and won't buy it again. That said, for those who want to drink it, I think this is a good choice. So, buy it and try it. As goat milk's go... this one is good.

I was *not* expecting the mild, extraordinarily sweet flavor of this goat milk. It's *rich*. I ordered it on a whim, and then ordered more because ooof, it's so good!

I LOVED this product when I bought it last July, then I got 6 cartons of it in November and it was different--much stronger goat flavor and upsetting to my stomach.

It is saying something when feral cats won't drink this stuff. Nasty. Nothing like the fresh organic goat milk I have had in the past. PASS ON THIS ONE.
