Great Ancho powder
A 'must have' for cooking Mexican food at home. Cilli con carne is a regular dish in this household and we never cook if it we've run out of this Ancho powder. A little warmer than 'mild' and bags of flavour, great stuff.

Tasty, not hot!
Not sure why “thickness” is an option when selecting quality here! Anyway, it’s tasty, mildly fruity and fragrant without any unwanted blast of eye watering heat. Brilliant for mild Fajitas, and I use it to season roasted veggies for Burritos. Third pot, like it a lot.

Warm satisfying spice.
Very tasty earthy flavour. I add it to curry, soups, sprinkled on aubergines roasted in olive oil; I prefer rich warm flavour to very hot and spicy. This was my second purchase. The pot is really easy to dispense from and reseal.
