This is a fantastic toy for my four month old son. He loves the different colors and there are so many places for him to grip and grab. It is very lightweight and doesn’t hurt him if he drops it on his face! It is really easy to clean and easy to pack in his diaper bag. Such a great toy for such a great price!

This has quickly become the go-to toy in our house. The design is brilliant because the holes make it so easy for tiny fingers to loop through and get a firm grip, even before they’ve fully mastered their motor skills. My little one loves the rattling sound it makes when they shake it, and it’s lightweight enough that I don't have to worry if they accidentally bonk themselves in the face with it while playing. It’s also been a lifesaver for car rides and stroller walks. Because of the open design, it’s super easy to attach a toy link to it so it doesn't end up on the floor every two minutes. It’s simple, durable, and honestly keeps their attention much longer than some of the more expensive, 'fancier' toys we’ve bought. If you’re looking for a classic first toy that actually gets used, you can't go wrong with this.

Perfect for baby to practice gripping. My little one loves this ball and will carry and shake it everywhere! Plus, it's gentle enough that i don't worry about them falling on it or throwing it at anything. Perfect little treat or add-on for baby.

The oball is such a simple toy, but really is great for little ones. The little beads make for a great rattle to grab your little ones attention. The ball itself can have a number of uses from rolling to baby learning to grasp. My baby loves that he can grip onto the ball more easily, is fascinated by the noise and like with everything, loves to try to eat it. It really is such a simple toy, but is a good option fkr baby development.

I mean... it's fine? From the pictures I thought it'd be harder plastic, but it's fairly squishy and soft to the touch (which is comfortable for little hands, I suppose). I feel like it would be more entertaining if it were harder and could actually bounce properly. As far as teething goes — my teething kiddo has zero interest in chewing on this thing. The soft plastic doesn't seem to provide the relief she's looking for, so it's not the best for that purpose. She does enjoy weaving her fingers in and out of the different holes and exploring how it's different from a solid ball — it's clearly somewhat stimulating in that regard, and she likes watching me throw it around. But she doesn't tend to go for it when it's in a pile with all her other toys. That said, the fact that it's completely silent and doesn't have any rattling or noise-making parts is wonderful for me as an exhausted parent. Also, I see it's rated for 0m+ and I got it for her when she turned 18 months because I wanted a ball for her to throw and kick around, so maybe I just missed the mark on age-appropriateness. And honestly... it's pretty cheap, so whatever, no harm no foul.

This ball is a total hit for my baby to practice grabbing since the holes make it so easy for tiny hands to hold. I actually attached a nipple to it, and now my little one can hold the whole thing and suck on it happily! I’m only giving it 4 stars, though, because the material seems glued together, and you can’t really soak it or throw it in a sterilizer without worrying about it. Also, while my baby likes putting their tongue around the loops, it’s not the easiest thing for them to actually bite down on for teething. Still a fun, classic toy, just keep the wipes handy since you can't deep clean it in water!
