Review: This router is easy to install and works great! - This router is very easy to install and really does a great job. Our home is over 1800 sq ft and we don't have any WIFI issues. Instructions could be a little more clear when explaining how to access setup menu but once we found the website, smooth sailing for there on. Great product and won't empty the piggy bank.

**Q: Is it easy to set up?**
A: It's easy if you do not follow the manuracturers horrible directions. I used it as a wireless access point; its Wan port to my main router by ethernet cable (this is called wired backhaul). 

Follow these directions:Connect the router to power.  Connect your computer into it with an ethernet cable , use a browser to login to the IP number provided, then follow manufacturer's instructions.  Another thing missing in the instructions, if you are using this connected to a main router via ethernet, then choose the "smart connect" option 
 in the software as you set this up.

**Q: How many devices can be used with this router at one time?**
A: I have three tv’s and fiber internet

**Q: Is the router compatible with alexia?**
A: It is, I have an echo, and a few Wyze cam products that I use. Very satisfied with this product in comparison to if not better than Netgear

**Q: Right now i am using a crappy little wi-fi router i got from verizon.  that is also my internet service.  can this one take the place of that one?**
A: Yes. Just make sure you still have a modem.  This router just manage your internet, you still have to have a modem to provide the original connection to the internet.

### ⭐ Cannot complete set up - their own configurations don’t work.

Cannot complete set up! Step 1. Connect to internet source & plug in. Done. Step 2. Connect to WiFi on PC or phone. Done on both. Step 3. Launch browser from laptop or PC and enter http:\\wavlogin.link or 192.168.20.1 - failure on both devices. Their own instructions do not work. Was able to connect directly to the router WiFi via phone and laptop, but then could not complete the setup on the company website or app via the ISP or the website link in order to change the router name or set up a password, so it’s open and unsecured, which is pointless! No customer support is available online and when I called after 5+ minutes of hold messages stating I was was 2nd in line, I got a message that they are helping others and to call back later or email. I tried several times and got different queue numbers, but the same disconnect messages. So I emailed, and at least received an auto-response message that the company operates out of China. So no customer service is available during US business hours at all. Since I can’t complete the set up, product is being returned. Very disappointed.
