I have been buying the raw honeys for some time now, my usual (and still favourite) being honeydew, which really has a flavour beyond compare. But I wanted a cheaper one if possible for my daily go-to honey, for toast and things, so I opted for this one. It's bright yellow, which almost looks an impossible colour to me, but not to be put off by this I dug in. Oh my, it is very difficult to put the lid back on and walk away from this. As my go-to honey, I fear I may be going-to it a little too often. I have faith that it is indeed unheated, unpasteurised etc. because I am a fairly trusting person, but I can personally testify that it is unfiltered - there are numerous little brown bits in it. I don't know (or care) what they are, but they did make me think of one reviewer who stated she found a dead bee in her jar and I rather hope that there isn't another one in very tiny pieces in mine! Anyway, gorgeous honey, with or without the bee, which I will be buying again, probably a lot sooner than a 1kg jar for one person would suggest. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great natural honey *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 28 April 2021* I wanted a natural organic, product that is unprocessed & as close to the original product as is safely possible.This product provides natural, raw, unpasteurised honey which is as good as you can get. It is a lovely consistency that is not as runny as the clear stuff you buy off the shelf, but also not as thick & difficult to spread as set honey.Raw honey has so many great health benefits & I use bee products where possible because of their wonderful superfood.This jar is huge & will last ages. Honey doesn't go off, so I have no concerns about using it all before any sell-by dates etc.It tastes great - not too sweet. I know some people don't like honey because they find it sickly, so I'm pleased to report this product is natural & therefore has only a mild sweetness to it.I have used it in food & drinks as a natural sweetener. It makes a great honey & mustard glaze for my gammon joint as well. It's easy to spoon out of the jar & spread.
