Crislove Bike Kickstand, Height Adjustable Bike Stand

This bike stand looks and feels sturdy and the paint finish is excellent quality. My son's bike had a manufacturer's stand provided but soon fell apart due to vibration and he lost the extendable part, this new bike stand is definitely more robust and comes with spare hex bolts just in case which I doubt we'll use. Only issue I had was positioning on my son's bike as the lower rear frame shape meant that I couldn't position near to the centre of bike at the pedals as they and the tyre would foul the stand, also if I positioned half way between the pedals and brake disc, when folded up, the stand fouled the brake disc; so I ultimately had to affix the stand nearer the end of lower bike frame closer to brake disc meaning when stand is folded up it misses all the moving parts. It still work perfectly fine in this unusually rearward position and the kick-down/kick-up action of the stand is smooth and silent. For a truly universal and quality bike stand, this does the job perfectly.

This is the first review that i am leaving on Amazon. Received the product today and I was able to fix it onto the bike without any fuss in 5 mins. The stand is extremely sturdy and the built quality screams a product which might cost much more than it did. Not only is the stand sturdy but it is also very compact, so i was able to position it on my bike exactly where i wanted it and it stood the weight of bike well. The product come with plenty of Allen keys to fix the stand onto the bike and no need for instructions as its self explanatory. If anyone is looking for a stand, i would totally recommend this as it does exactly what its supposed to and is great value for the price.

I bought two of these and fitted to two bikes one of which was a 27.5'er and was the bigger 29'er. The unit is a postive in the following ways; 1. Easy install and solid simple fixing plates. 2. Good quality sturdy components - screws i think are stainless steel - supplier pls confirm? 3. Good spring mechanism and styling - simple good looks. 4. The pushover foot is not a hard plastic but like a butyl rubber. It can't be soft rubber as this would wear too quickly. The supplier should make it clear exactly what the spec of this material is as this is what most of us want to know? No other unit i found offered better although some looked the same. The stand in my opinon can be improved as follows; a) By offering rubber inserts [ two thickeness's please to fit all bike sizes] to protect our bike frames - we don't want hard plastics. I took out the plastic insert plates as it prevented it go around my tubing anyway and fitted thick double sided tape with compression. works a treat. b) The height length extension adjustment needs to be stronger especially at full stretch but more importantly it also needs to be about another 1 to 2 inches longer for 29'ers. Its adequate but it puts a tiny too much tilt on the bike - I prefer mine more upright like my 27.5'er. At least we would then have the option. Get these improvements right and I would buy again and chuck these away but I can make use for now as the world is seemingly not ready for perfection quite yet! Good luck buyers.

This stand does what is says in the box. Really easy to install, even on my bicycle that has tapered tubing and I was worried it would slip or move, but once the screws are tightened, it is not going anywhere. It is also surprisingly light yet it doesn't feel flimsy and it seem to take the weight of the bike easily. I also liked that once folded is completely out of the way and it won't snag on my panniers (I bought this specifically for bike-packing). My only concern is that the screw to adjust the length of the stand is rather small and the Allen key that comes included in the kit started to slip inside the nut while installing, although maybe I am at fault by over-tightening it. All in all, happy to recommend this stand.

Fitted to rear side fork of an adult bike as previous kick-stand would only fit under the main frame - and this was not an option on a new bike with a rear suspension system. Very easy to fit, solid and holds an adult bike up with no issues. Better than other kick-stands that I have bought for similar money so would recommend. *UPDATE* I'm on my third one of these now - they appear to struggle with the changes in winter temperatures and become brittle - snapped 3 of them!

Really easy to install - just undo the 3 bolts with the supplied Allen key, place over the bar where you want to the stand to be and tighten the 3 bolts. Initially, I found that the stand slipped and rotated under the weight of my bike but then I realised that this was because I hadn't tightened the bolts enough as I was worried I might damage something. In fact, the stand is very strong and once I had tightened the bolts more it was rock solid - even under the weight of my heavy bike with a fully loaded pannier on the same side - see pics for proof! When not in use it folds back nicely and doesn't get in the way as you cycle. The bottom strut on the kickstand is also adjustable so you can make it longer or shorter as required. Comes with 3 Allen keys (2 of the main size and 1 of the size to adjust the bottom strut) and 2 spare bolts. Really pleased with this product and happy to recommend.

Broke just over a month later and outside the refund and return period. The metal snapped in half and this was for my child’s bike. Cheap and rubbish.

After purchasing other kickstands which didn't last very long due to poor design and workmanship and the use of cheap materials, I decided to try the Crislove model. It arrived promptly, was well packaged and was just what I needed. The materials were solid and the workmanship excellent - it took me about five minutes to fit and and does it exactly what it says. It is a robust kickstand, which has a range of heights and a secure retaining mechanism once at the selected height. Worth the money!

Me costó localizar un hueco en mi e-bike para instalarlo pero una vez montado funciona muy bien y tiene buena robustez.

Eccellente, facile da montare ed estremamente adatto all’uso. L’ho montato su una bici elettrica abbastanza pesante in sostituzioni di due cavalletti di alluminio che avevano ceduto e si presta molto bene alla funzione. Lo consiglio perché vale la spesa e rispecchia i requisititi!
