1st Day relief
I bought a few seat cushions in the past and they were not comfortable due to being too thick! But this one is perfect and I got relief from tailbone pain on day 1, If you have a desk job, this is a must!

Excellent support pillow
Love this memory foam seat cushion. It helped moved my spine back in place sitting at the computer. So comfortable.

Doesn't Work for Me
This might work for others, but it is very uncomfortable for me at 5'3, whether with or without a foot stool. My butt slides off, and it makes my knees hurt. Back to the drawing board.

Best one of about 5 that I've tried
I have used this non-gel version pillow and the "TushGuard"(large) version. The Comfi-Life version cost 50% more, but is significantly better. The "TushGuard" is softer. After 20 minutes, with body warmth and/or weight, it compresses to about 1/2," the tailbone starts to touch, and I get the sciattica "burning" sensation. This "Comfi-Life" starts off with a more dense foam, and stays about 1" thick when warmed up. FWIW, I am 6'4" and weight 220#. I have made several 3 to 9 hour flights with this "Comfi-Life" non-gel version. I have 2 of them now, and would recommend them to other sufferers.
