Agarbattis keep getting extinguished as we put the cover...
Its a beautiful product. But the agarbatti keep hitting the holes in the carvings as you put the cover and thus it gets extinguished.... Putting the cover is a painful task for this reason. If cover put without hitting any agarbatti then it works like a charm!!

High on aesthetics low on utility
The quality and finishing of the product is good. The issue is with utility. The holes to hold the incense sticks are very shallow which causes the sticks to touch the outer cover and stop burning.

Cover is too narrow
Good quality and looks elegant. Only issue is the cover is narrow. The incense sticks touch the cover and don’t burn completely.
