Extremely well made and comfortable. Good for back support for anyone with back pain or scoliosis. It is long enough that it doesn’t slide like other back braces do. Excellent for doing squats in gym if you want to keep back straight and supported. Older family member bought this and she uses it for back support for gym and helping with back stabilization from osteoporosis. Highly recommend.

Best waist trainer I ever purchased. I wanted one that supported my back and help with posture and this one does, it’s very stable. I washed it and it’s still as good as new. I should’ve gotten a larger for my 36” waistline but the medium fits snug. The side belt gives me immediate relief after eating. I do wish it was a bit longer to cover my entire torso.

It is a pretty good waist trainer. It is adjustable and fits well. I have not washed it. I am mostly pleased by the pain relief properties and I am researching something more focused towards a proper medical grade lumbar support. It does not have any clasps. It has two Velcro cinchers so that makes it easy to adjust.

My first waist trainer and so far so good. Only used for about 3 weeks or so and can already tell a difference. I ordered a medium at 5’11, 150lbs. Works great, no pain or pinching or anything. Good quality for the price. Not as fancy as some others but still good. I’d recommend.

Good for keeping stomach muscles in. I have diastis recti, so it helps but they are made so wide that it pushes ur breasts out and upward making women look worse especially if ur busty. Im going to risk cutting mine to cover only my stomach.

I love this waist trainer. It’s sturdy and durable. It doesn’t fold like other waist trainers but still comfortable to wear while working out or doing chores around the house. It’s easy to adjust and it’s runs true to size

Great product durable this would work if I could fit it but keep in mind it is a true winner for shaping and loosing weight. I recommend! I can stay that it is a true winner because I have used different ones before, this one also gives great support. So a yes for me!

I really like this waist trainer. I use it while exercising or simply when I'm at home doing my daily chores. It fits my body perfectly and has great elasticity and high-quality fabric. It's a very well-made product, and I highly recommend it!

This is a great design for a waist trainer. A little hard to get on at first but once you get the hang of getting the larger velcro lined up the second part is amazing. It brings in your abdomen nicely and accentuates the hourglass look. Its comfy but can get pretty snug depending on how hard you pull it together so i wouldn't leave it on for heavy exercise until you get used to it. Versatile for sizing because you can attach the velcro on whatever part of the waist trainer.

This waist trainer is very good. It holds you well. The support wires are very strong. Paired with the heat cream, it makes you sweat. To how well it holds you it helps with your posture as well.
