These Duracell brand rechargeable AA batteries have proved reliable through multiple recharges. I use them mostly in Xbox controllers, battery-powered Christmas lights and remote controls. They work well in each of these applications although, as with most rechargeable batteries last somewhat less time than equivalent non-rechargeable alkaline batteries (probably lasting about two-thirds the time of alkaline ones). But being able to use them again and again of course means that there is the potential to save a lot of money. They charge fairly quickly, although some of that performance will be down to the type of charger that you have. Once charged, they do seem to retain that charge very well over time even if not being used which is definitely a good thing when using rechargeable batteries. There are clearly other less well-known brand rechargeable batteries which come in larger quantities for a similar price. So it’s probably a matter of personal preference whether the Duracell brand gives an extra level of assurance. But for reliability, longevity and a known brand I’m very pleased with these.

Really good rechargeable batteries. More expensive than most but also better and longer lasting than most. Price was good. Would happily buy again.

Rechargeable batteries x4 great, Duracell great brand, arrived in great condition including packaging, Batteries fully charged… No, batteries arrived flat with No charge whatsoever so course straight away so had to charge… only time will tell on how batterries perform

Four AA size rechargeable batteries, supplied already charged. 2500 milliamp hour (mAh) means 2.5 amp hours (1,000 milliamps = 1 amp): each battery can output 1 amp for 2.5 hours before recharging. Or if the load is only 500 milliamps (half an amp), the battery should last 5 hours (twice as long). Divide 2500 by the load (in milliamps) to see how long one battery might last. Examples: 2500 / 250 = 10 hours, or 2500 / 1200 = 2 hours. In real life, useful life will vary. But they are rechargeable! Remember to factor-in the cost of continually recharging them, if you plan to make use of the fact that they can be recharged multiple times! Rechargeables only seem cheap if you *don't* recharge them! Whether they will really retain their charge for several years (or leak) I cannot say, having only had them 2 weeks! No chance I'll ever find out: I didn't buy them to leave them on the shelf! These are more expensive than most, but you pay for quality / reputation, compared to cheap unbranded types. Rechargeables can leak and fail: I previously had some unbranded ones which did, after sitting in a drawer for a while. They discharged the usual white powder, corroded, and generally made a mess. All rechargeables are 1.2 volts (only), so less than the 1.5 volts a proper alkaline battery will output. Recharging is a convenience that you pay for in loss of performance too!

Batterie ricaricabili da 2500 mAh con ottime caratteristiche tecniche. Sono indicate come “pronte all’uso”, all’apertura della confezione le ho trovate a 1,3V, un valore assolutamente normale per una Ni-MH, ma il carica batterie indicava una carica residua di circa 630 mAh su tutte le batterie. In pratica, erano cariche solo al 75%, quindi ho completato la ricarica prima di usarle. Una volta portate al 100%, si sono dimostrate stabili, performanti e molto durature, in piena linea con la qualità del marchio storico che le produce. Le sto usando senza problemi in vari dispositivi: telecomandi TV, tende da sole, piccoli giochi elettronici, luci di Natale, bilance da cucina e molto altro. Si ricaricano bene, mantengono la carica a lungo e soprattutto si usano e riusano alla grande. Davvero consigliate!

Die Duracell Akku AA wiederaufladbaren Batterien im 4er Pack überzeugen mit zuverlässiger Leistung im Alltag. Sie lassen sich problemlos aufladen und sind schnell einsatzbereit. Besonders praktisch ist, dass man sie in vielen Geräten verwenden kann, zum Beispiel in Fernbedienungen, Spielzeug oder kleinen Haushaltsgeräten. Die Akkus halten bei normaler Nutzung lange durch und bieten eine konstante Leistung. Dadurch spart man auf Dauer Geld und produziert weniger Müll als mit Einwegbatterien. Auch die Verarbeitung wirkt hochwertig und die Batterien passen problemlos in alle Geräte für AA Batterien. Mein Fazit Zuverlässige und langlebige Akkus die sich perfekt für den täglichen Gebrauch eignen. Eine gute und umweltfreundliche Alternative zu normalen Batterien.
