These are definitely heavy duty, as they claim. I had bought two previously, one 6" and one 8", they both work great. I had read some reviews before buying them previously, that said they didn't turn well once tightened down to the board, but if you put some washers against the board under the turntable, those will raise it enough that the turntable can turn without pinching against the wood.

VERY HEAVY DUTY AND SPINS WELL BUT DID NOT FIT MY PROJECT. HAS 2 SETS OF FEET THAT INCREASES THE DEPTH. UNFORTUNATELY I HAD TO RETURN IT BECAUSE DEPTH WAS TOO MUCH.

Perfect for my table lazy Susan

I screwed this lazy Susan to the bottom of a fishing rod holder. The rod holder is round and sat in a corner. It didn’t spin which made it hard to get the rods out. I had to buy some 1” screws to go into the rod holder. In my video the reel handles are hitting the outlet but it does spin all the way around. Very quiet. Smooth operation.

I've only used a couple so far. I find it to be solidly made and a tad (or even a tad and a half) noisy. I find it aggravating that both the inner and outer rings are assembled to the same thickness, which then causes the free (spinning) ring to bind against the underside of the object you want to spin. I used the inner ring to attach to the underside of an appetizer tray and, even after lubricating the bearings, it was still very stiff and sliding across the counter instead of spinning. By placing small washers ( I think they were #10 but came out of my junk box ) between the tray and the inner ring and running the attachment screws through them, I was able to spin the tray the way it should. In fact, it spins almost too well. Watch out for kids and guests spinning it like a roulette wheel. I do find it discouraging that the manufacturer doesn't include a set of four, self-adhesive washers to simplify this. They must certainly know about it by now. As long as stockholders are more important than customers, this will be the norm.
