This is a TOY it's not made to Haul anything its a 15 dollar little tiny 24th scale toy to look at, or sit on a desk next to a glued together model truck 😊

come with hitch for truck?

It does not come with a hitch, in general it is not easy to actually hook these up to 1/24 cars, you would probably need to jerry-rig something to make it happen. Most 1/24 cars and pickups do not have a hitch.

Does it work for an r/c truck

As long as you go a decent speed it should. You would have to come up with a way to hold the ramps up or just take them off.
