The Dealmed Adult Standard Nasal Cannula is a device used to deliver supplemental oxygen or increased airflow to a patient or person in need of respiratory help. Depending on the patient’s breathing rate and pattern, the Nasal Cannulas will help deliver oxygen in a variable manner. This device consists of a single-use, crush resistant 7 ft. (2.1 m) lightweight tube which on one end splits into two prongs which are placed in the nostrils and from which a mixture of air and oxygen flows. The other end of the tube is connected to an oxygen supply. **Q: Will this tubing work with an Inogen oxygen concentrator?**
A: This is a standard size tubing  it should fit any oxygen supply system whether from a tank or concentrator. The nasal style is a big plus for this hose. It is soft, slightly smaller, and has a tab to help keep it aligned.

**Q: Lpm capacity?  (low-flow only or up to 10 lpm????)**
A: I have mine at 6 so I’m not sure

**Q: Do these work with cpap machine? so you don’t have to use mask?**
A: I'm not sure what you're asking. The main purpose of a CPAP machine is to provide pre-set, continuous air pressure for your air passages. The nasal cannula your asking about is usually meant to be used with machines or tanks that provide oxygen supplementation. Oxygen machines or tanks can work in tandem with CPAP machines with the right adapters. I don't believe the nasal cannula you're asking about can replace a CPAP mask. I recommend you discuss your questions with your doctor or other provider. Best wishes.

**Q: Are these latex free**
A: They are made from a blend if silicone and latex so they are NOT latex free.  

I am "sensitive" to latex, but not "allergic". I have had no trouble.  I think there IS latex, but there isn't a lot of it......

I use these with a small concentrator for when I sleep. The end that connects to the machine is pliable enough that I can trim it with a scissors to be sure that it doesn't pop off my specific system.
