I use these with a small concentrator for when I sleep. The end that connects to the machine is pliable enough that I can trim it with a scissors to be sure that it doesn't pop off my specific system.

I bought these for my husband to use thinking they would be better as the ones provided through his insurance company didn’t stay in place and kept moving out of his nostrils. They are a little more stable than his other ones but still move out of place somewhat.

My Mom's oxygen supplier stopped carrying the cannulas she preferred (straight nose tubes) and switched to having only one option available that was much too big and made with hard plastic that hurt her nasal tissue. When it comes to this kind of stuff, there's no point in searching for a bargain because more often than not, you're going to get what you paid for if you base your purchase on pricing. Luckily, these are not only an excellent value but they are high quality, too. Immediately upon putting a new one of these on, my Mom said that they were "much more comfortable than the ones she was used to;" and of course, that's what you're hoping for. I also liked how snug and airtight the end piece was that connected to the oxygen prong. So, all things considered from the first day of use, we're very impressed! We'll see if they hold up to 5* over time.

Straight prong. Just what i was looking for. Very soft tubing. Yes there is a tiny smell. In my case, i just let the machine run for about minutes or so. and just about gone. Yes Great product. Thank You....

This is so soft and transfers air so quickly I had to turn my oxygen down. I have switched out all of my machines and am ordering more. No whistles. I wish I could give more stars but the best I can do is order more. Don't ever want to be without a spare.

This is a very nice soft plastic and it fits nicely in my nose. My only complaint is that it has a very strong plastic smell to it and because I have to stick it in my nose it is almost too potent.
